To help us provide clear information to customers and maintain transparency at the market, please describe your pest control methods below. 

I agree to allow a member of East Texas Meat Slingers or their representative to inspect my farm to assure all produce is home grown by me. I will sell only produce that I have grown. I further state that I have read and understand the rules and regulations of the East Texas Meat Slingers Farmers Market and agree to be bound by signing below.


The information above is true to the best of my knowledge. I will accept liability for any misrepresentation on my part.
